This 35 year old male presented to Greenberg Cosmetic Surgery concerned with the appearance of his chest. According to the patient, he was very uncomfortable wearing any fitted shirts because he felt that his chest ‘stuck out’ and that his areolae were enlarged and pointed in shape. Below are his pre-op and one year post-op photos. As you can tell, he has a much flatter and much more defined chest, and the cone shaped areolae that he once complained of is no longer a concern.
