Dr. Joseph Sarhan

Dr. Joseph Sarhan specializes in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. He brings a wealth of expertise to our dynamic dermatology division. Dr. Sarhan holds both an MD and a PhD in Immunology from Tufts University School of Medicine, where he graduated Cum Laude. His PhD research was focused on cell death and translational science, which formed his deep interest in advancing dermatological treatments.

Dr. Sarhan is an active member of the Association of Academic Cosmetic Dermatologists and serves as the Senior Resident Advisor for Dermatologic and Cosmetic Surgery at Yale New Haven Hospital. He is a longstanding member of the American Medical Association. Dr. Sarhan provides a full range of comprehensive care combined with advanced solutions for acne, hair loss, vitiligo, keloids, psoriasis, eczema, nail disease, rosacea, hidradenitis suppurativa, mole removal, skin cancer excisions and Mohs surgery. Dr. Sarhan treats adults, teens and children at our Manhattan and Scarsdale offices.
