Description:

This 56 year old patient complained of significant breast ptosis (breast droop) and a history of multiple pregnancies. She wished for a lifted and enhanced bust line, wanting to go from a B to a full C/small D cup size. She noted that her breasts have become ‘deflated’ over the years and would love to be able to wear a bra with absolutely no padding. After a long conversation, it was decided that she was an ideal candidate for a bilateral breast lift and bilateral silicone gel breast implants.
