Description:
This 30 year old female wished for a bilateral breast augmentation procedure in the hopes of achieving a very natural full C/small D cup size. At the time of her consultation with Dr. Greenberg, her mild breast ptosis (or breast droop) was reviewed with her in great detail and the options of a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants versus a breast augmentation with a breast lift were thoroughly discussed. The patient wished to forego the bilateral breast lift, as she was concerned with the potential for scarring, and understood that without a breast lift and with only a breast implant that she may continue to have some mild breast droop. She is now 3 months post-op and thrilled with her very natural breast enhancement.
