As some of you probably have already heard, it was discovered that Rose McGowan had plastic surgery again. In 2007, she had undergone plastic surgery after experiencing a deep cut on her face after a car accident. Recently, however, it appears that she had cosmetic surgery beyond simply fixing injuries from a car accident. In fact, she looks like a completely different person.
