What Is the alloClae™ Process Like?
Your alloClae™ Consultation
A personal consultation with one of our experienced body contouring experts is the first step in the alloClae™ process. You’ll be able to discuss your goals for the procedure, and your surgeon will determine if alloClae™ is right for you. They may examine the treatment area, show you before and after images, and offer a few treatment options.
If you both agree that alloClae™ is the best treatment for your needs, they will create a custom treatment plan and provide you with an accurate cost estimate.
alloClae™ Procedure Steps
Preparation
Your alloClae™ procedure is performed in-office and typically lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the size and number of treatment areas. Because it is a minimally invasive, non-surgical treatment, you will not need general anesthesia.
Numbing
To begin, the treatment area will be sterilized and numbed with a topical cream. If the area is large, such as the buttocks, you may be given a local anesthetic.
Injection
Once sufficiently numb, your surgeon will carefully inject alloClae™ into the treatment area to create an even distribution for a natural look. They will make multiple passes, injecting a small amount of alloClae™ each time to avoid a lumpy or uneven appearance.
Shaping
They will gently massage the treatment area to smooth out the filler and sculpt the area.
alloClae™ Recovery & Aftercare
Immediate Aftercare
You will likely be given a compression garment to wear following your alloClae™ procedure, which helps maintain the filler’s shape and reduce swelling. You will also be given specific aftercare instructions about massaging the area, movement restrictions, and downtime.
One Day After Treatment
After resting, drinking plenty of water, and following all immediate aftercare instructions, most alloClae™ patients can resume normal activities the next day. You may experience some swelling, tenderness, or bruising in the treatment area, but this should resolve within a few days.
What Can I Expect From alloClae™ Results?
You’ll see an immediate increase in volume in the treatment areas, with a natural-looking contour and youthful plumpness. However, alloClae™ results improve with time. Over the next few months, patients can see improvements in structural support, suppleness, and contour as the filler integrates with tissues and stimulates collagen production, resulting in a natural softness and improved firmness.
