Liposuction Surgery

Dr. Greenberg will discuss your liposuction surgery with you at length. The pre-operative instructions will be explained to you and any questions you may have will be answered until you are completely comfortable with the procedure. The liposuction incisions are usually not conspicuous and are often hidden in skin creases. Your liposuction surgery will be performed in Dr. Greenberg's fully licensed ambulatory center, where his team of specialized nurses will take only the best care of you. On the day of your liposuction surgery, Dr. Greenberg will re-evaluate you and together you will decide exactly what areas will be treated. The liposuction procedure can take anywhere from one hour to three hours depending on what is being done. You will then be able to rest in our recovery room, until you are ready to go home.

Liposuction Recovery

Post-operative instructions will be explained to you, and Dr. Greenberg will see you one to two days after your liposuction surgery. A post-operative garment is worn for two to four weeks to ensure proper healing. You may experience slight discomfort for a few days after your liposuction surgery, but you will be able to return to normal activities within a few days.
