What Is VelaSmooth?

VelaSmooth is a deep tissue massage used to treat cellulite. Cellulite is a skin condition which effects most women. It is caused by a variation of conditions, which cause enlarged fat cells to push up the skin surface and cause the "dimpling" look. Unfortunately, diet and exercise do not help get rid of the problem. Dr. Greenberg and his staff are trained in using the LPG VelaSmooth System and have had excellent results in treating cellulite.

If You Are Considering VelaSmooth…

VelaSmooth is the only technique proven to treat cellulite and it is used worldwide. VelaSmooth improves local circulation and will give your skin a smooth, contoured appearance. Dr. Greenberg recommends 16 VelaSmooth sessions, which are 30 minutes each. When your treatments are finished, 1 session per month is recommended to maintain your results.

About Cellulite Treatments…

VelaSmooth treatments are unique because different maneuvers are used to reach different layers of tissue and fat. In combination with the maneuvers, suction and rollers are used to gently lift the skin. All areas of the body can be easily treated. The VelaSmooth treatments are individualized to each patient, depending on the areas that need the most attention. You should plan to have a series of 16 VelaSmooth sessions, one to two times weekly in our Manhattan or Long Island, New York offices. VelaSmooth can also be combined with liposuction to help smooth out problem areas which will not respond to diet and exercise.
